  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including access times, pages viewed, and device information.
  • Communication Data: Records of SMS messages and emails sent to you as part of the inspection workflow.

  • Facilitate property inspection workflows between lenders, inspection companies, and homeowners/borrowers.

When your lender or inspection company orders a property inspection and provides your phone number, you may receive transactional SMS messages from PropSight. These messages include:

  • An initial message with a secure link to complete your property inspection.
  • Reminder messages if the inspection has not been completed.
  • Floor plan scan instructions and links (if floor plan service is included).
  • Inspection completion confirmations and status updates.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages. All SMS communications are strictly transactional and related to your scheduled property inspection. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

5. Mobile Phone Number Privacy

We will not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely for delivering transactional messages related to your property inspection and will not be shared with third-party marketers, advertisers, or data brokers.

Your phone number may only be shared with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of transmitting messages to you. Twilio is contractually bound to use your phone number only for message delivery and is prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information with:

  • Ordering Parties: The lender, loan servicer, or inspection company that ordered the inspection receives the completed inspection report and associated data.
  • Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate our platform (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery, SendGrid for email delivery, cloud hosting providers). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Your personal information, including your mobile phone number, will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
